New Standard Agreement Between Universities and Study-Abroad Agencies Starts in October

•    From October, a standard agreement between universities and study-abroad agencies is being introduced to curb false or exaggerated advertising.

•    Universities must monitor agencies' recruitment, and if admission is cancelled due to a visa refusal, tuition must be refunded directly to the student's own bank account.

•    Always get a written contract and receipts when you pay a study-abroad agency.

•    If you receive unfair demands, report them first to your university's international office.
