2. Refund Policy

Pro-rata Refund Calculation

WithKorea24 applies a fair refund policy. If a member cancels after using part of the membership, the amount for the used period is deducted and only the remaining period is refunded.

  • Used Period: From membership start date to cancellation request date
  • Daily Rate: Payment Amount ÷ Total Membership Days (365 days)
  • Deducted Amount: Daily Rate × Used Days
  • Refund Amount: Payment Amount - Deducted Amount

Refund Calculation Examples

Example 1: Cancellation after 1 month

Payment Amount: ₩10,000 (3 months) Used Period: 30 days Daily Rate: ₩111 (10,000 ÷ 90) Deducted Amount: ₩3,330 (111 × 30) Refund Amount: ₩6,670

Example 2: Cancellation after 10 days

Payment Amount: ₩10,000 (3 months) Used Period: 10 days Daily Rate: ₩111 Deducted Amount: ₩1,110 (111 × 10) Refund Amount: ₩8,890

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • After Membership Expiration: If the membership period has already expired
  • Usage Period Exceeded: If the used period exceeds the payment amount
  • Below Minimum Amount: If the refundable amount is less than ₩1,000

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is received, it will be processed within the following periods: - Credit Card Payment: 3-5 business days - Account Refund: 1-3 business days Refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Procedure

If you wish to cancel your membership, please follow these steps: 1. Go to My Page 2. Click the 'Request Refund' button in the Membership section 3. Check the refund amount (automatically calculated by the system) 4. Enter the refund reason (minimum 10 characters) 5. Submit the refund request Once the refund request is received, the membership will be deactivated immediately, and the refund will be processed within the processing time mentioned above.
