If your wages go unpaid, you can file a complaint online through the Ministry of Employment and Labor's "Labor Portal" (노동포털). Immigration status and wage-claim rights are handled separately under Korean law — even undocumented workers can claim unpaid wages. A multilingual hotline (English, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.) is available at 1350 (no area code needed).
