Korea to Accept 109,000 Foreign Seasonal Workers in 2026

The Korean government (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Agriculture, and Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries) has announced a plan to bring in approximately 109,000 foreign seasonal workers in 2026. These workers will be placed mainly in farming and fishing areas on short-term E-8 visas. If you are interested in seasonal work in Korea, contact your local employment agency.
