Rural E-7-4 Skilled Worker Quota Raised to 50%

Starting June 2026, the Ministry of Justice raised the employment cap for skilled foreign workers (E-7-4 visa) in rural areas from 30% to up to 50%. Additionally, workers who were forced to change jobs due to wage arrears or abuse can now carry over their prior work experience when changing or extending their visa.
